Collaborative Action for Change: Selected Proceedings from the 2007 Symposium on Music Teacher Education is now available. The book is based on effective presentations from the 2007 Symposium on Music Teacher Education, which focused on examples of successful partnerships and collaborations between music teacher educators, classroom teachers, school and district administrators, and other individuals and organizations. Edited by Margaret Schmidt, associate professor of music education, Arizona State University. For more information, and to order, read the press release. Call for AEPR Article Submissions

Publication opportunity: Arts Education Policy Review is encouraging article submissions. Contributors should make sure that any submission is a policy article, complete with policy recommendations about arts education from prekindergarten through twelfth grade.
